Turning complex infrastructure projects into easily accessible content can be difficult using traditional media. Additionally case studies are potentially powerful stories that can help customers understand how they can benefit from similar solutions even if their sector or application differs from those in the story. We were asked for our input on how best to bring this particular customer journey to life in a compelling manner.
Video has continued to become a more and more powerful tool for PR & marketing and we urged our customer to lead with a strong video case study that could then be leveraged across other media.
The end product is a compelling and visually interesting short video that enables the end user to tell their story in their own words as well as giving a flavor of the institution and their particular challenge and solution. As a video case study, the end result makes the story easier to access and engage with and is able to be used across a range of platforms to share with a range of audiences.
